We first determine your needs and wants through a proprietary design questionnaire. Key to a successful process is determining how many and what types of rooms, overall style and preliminary budget ceiling.

SITE EVALUATION + RECOMMENDATIONS

Second we conduct a zoning review to determine municipal constraints that will govern the design of your home, where it can be positioned on your lot, and its size.

PROJECT BUDGET + TIMELINE

With the design questionnaire and zoning review information known, an accurate budget can be determined. A schedule for your build can also be written with an estimated completion date.
